Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 can pea pod(s) and roots
- 1 meat sausage
- curry
- some paprika powder, hot
- some salt and pepper
- some sauce thickener, darker
- 2 cups rice
- some margarine
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the sausage into small pieces and fry in a pan with a little margarine. While frying, add the mushrooms, a little paprika, and curry powder. When browned enough, add water (enough to make gravy). Then add the peas and roots to the pan. Bring everything to a boil and thicken with a gravy thickener. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the rice.
