Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g rice (long grain rice)
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 2 stalk(s) Celery
- 1 zucchini
- 125 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 1 pinch of paprika powder, rose hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice as usual. Finely chop the onion. Cut the bell peppers and celery into thin strips, and the zucchini into small cubes. Quarter the mushrooms and fry them for a few minutes in 1 tablespoon of oil. Crush the garlic over them. Remove the mushrooms and set aside. Heat another 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the onions, bell peppers, and zucchini. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder, and paprika. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the rice and mushrooms, mix well, season to taste, and enjoy.
