  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

very simple (children also like it)

Cut the sausages into pieces. Peel and finely chop the onions. Halve, trim, and finely chop the bell peppers. Peel and dice the potatoes. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the diced onions and potatoes. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Sprinkle with the paprika and deglaze with vinegar. Pour in the stock and simmer for about 7 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the bell pepper pieces, sausages, and marjoram. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot. Note: In my experience, children really enjoy this dish. It also tastes good with finely chopped sausage or savory Debrecen sausages. I’ve also cooked it with finely chopped vegetables, such as zucchini.
