Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 onions
  • 5 tomatoes
  • Vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

(without cucumber)

Cut the sausage into thin strips. Dice the tomatoes and onions and finely chop the parsley. Mix the ingredients together. Season the salad with oil, herb vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate well.
