Sausage salad – the quickest and easiest in the world

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Lyoner ready-cut sausages for sausage salad with 300 g
  • 0.33 jar cucumber(s), a rest in the jar is great because you need the liquid
  • 1 package of potato(s) (potato wedges)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Ready in less than 5 minutes and just like in a restaurant

It’s great if you have half a jar of pickles in the fridge. You can put them to good use. Any kind of pickled cucumber you like will work. I particularly like it with sweet gherkins or mustard gherkins. When we empty a jar and know we’re going to have sausage salad soon, we save the liquid. First, put the wedges in the oven to bake. It says on the bag how to do it. Put the sausage in a bowl, pour the pickle liquid over it, and cut the cucumbers into strips. Mix everything together. Mix together the sour cream and mayo, add the garlic cloves, stir, and you’re done. Now we just wait until the wedges are ready. Enjoy!
