Sausage salad with sweet mustard dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 onions
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 sprig(s) dill
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 tsp honey, optional

easy and fast

Skin the sausage and cut into strips. Wash the radishes and slice them thinly. Peel the onions and slice them as well. Place everything in a bowl. Mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sweet mustard, finely chopped parsley, finely chopped dill, salt, pepper, and sugar to make a marinade. If you prefer a sweeter dish, you can add a teaspoon of honey if desired. Pour the marinade over the chopped ingredients, mix, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with a buttered pretzel or fried potatoes.
