Sausage Skewer with Yoghurt Raita
The perfect sausage skewer with yoghurt raita recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Raita
- 300 g Yogurt
- 1 Cucumber fresh
- 1 Spring onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 cm Ginger
- 0,5 Chilli
- Salt and pepper
- For the raita, core the cucumber and do not grate peeled. Cut the peppermint into strips, the spring onions into rings, and the cloves of garlic with a little salt, mash with a fork, pure ginger and finely chop the chilli, then add the squeezed grated cucumber and mix the whole thing with yoghurt
- Stick sausages into skewers and bake.
- Serve together with the raita.
