Sausage Skewer with Yoghurt Raita

The perfect sausage skewer with yoghurt raita recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Raita

  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 1 Cucumber fresh
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 cm Ginger
  • 0,5 Chilli
  • Salt and pepper
  1. For the raita, core the cucumber and do not grate peeled. Cut the peppermint into strips, the spring onions into rings, and the cloves of garlic with a little salt, mash with a fork, pure ginger and finely chop the chilli, then add the squeezed grated cucumber and mix the whole thing with yoghurt
  1. Stick sausages into skewers and bake.
  1. Serve together with the raita.
