- Fry the onion in a little oil, add the tomatoes, season with salt and reduce. Shape approx. 3 cm balls out of mashed potatoes and fry in oil. Froth milk. Pluck the basil and pour over it.

- Fry the onion in a little oil, deglaze with the stock. Chop red cabbage and cook in it. Boil the potatoes, mash with milk and season with salt. Cut 1 onion into rings, fry in oil.
Lukewarm red cabbage salad with humus
- Caution: Soak dry chickpeas 12 hours beforehand, then cook for 1 hour. Puree the humus from a portion of the peas, water, rapeseed oil, lemon and salt.
- Cut the carrots with the peeler, finely chop the red cabbage. Blanch everything briefly. Make the dressing from lemon, rapeseed oil and salt and pour over the lukewarm salad. Put 2 tablespoons of humus and parsley on the salad.
