Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 250 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 1 pepper, red, fresh (or peperoncini)
- 4 eggs
- 1 pack of sweetened condensed milk (e.g. Milchmädchen)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pepper, fresh, green (or peperoncini)
- Fat for the casserole dish
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
perfect for a cold buffet or for snacking on the side
Place the grated cheese in a mixing bowl. Deseed and finely chop the peppers. Add them. Add the four eggs and the condensed milk. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Then pour into a greased casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Done. Then let cool and cut into small pieces. Tip: If you find the milkmaid’s milk too sweet, you can simply mix regular condensed milk with sweet condensed milk.
