Savory Meatballs with Curry

The perfect savory meatballs with curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 3 Large onions
  • 3 Whole eggs
  • 6 Slices of wholemeal toast
  • 125 ml Milk, sometimes you need 150 ml.
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Grind some chilli flakes or peppercorn powder
  • 3 Pinches Fondor
  • 1 Heaped teaspoon of curry
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • Some herbs of Provence
  1. The toast slices are made into a thick pulp with the milk.
  1. Dice an onion, finely chop the parsley and sauté with a little oil. Put aside.
  1. Chop the 2 remaining onions very small and add the crushed garlic to the minced meat mixture. Also add the toast and the glazed onions. Now the eggs are worked in with the spices curry and chilli. Season to taste with pepper and salt, then add the fondor, the nutmeg powder and the herbs.
  1. Bake in a large pan with oil. According to my size ratio, there are a total of 18 meatballs so that each receives 3 pieces. I prefer to eat it with mashed potatoes and red cabbage. Of course you can also make savory burgers with pickles out of it.
