Spread the love

Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 275 g puff pastry
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 15 half walnuts
  • some sage leaves
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat). Cut the puff pastry into squares approximately 8 x 8 cm in size. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Score the pastry with a sharp knife about half a centimeter from the edge to allow the pastry to rise during baking. Peel the pear, remove the core, and finely dice the flesh. Crumble the blue cheese, roughly chop the walnuts, and cut the bacon into strips. Depending on their size, the sage leaves may need to be cut smaller. Distribute everything among the puff pastry squares. Bake on the middle rack for 15–20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with pepper.
