Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta, whole grain
- salt water
- 1 apple
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g flaxseed
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Fresh herbs of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside. Meanwhile, chop the cucumber, apple, feta cheese, and garlic. Heat a pan with olive oil and honey and fry the pasta. Transfer everything to a bowl, stir, and season with salt and pepper, and fresh herbs if desired. It goes great with grilled food or even for breakfast!
