Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • some oil for frying
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
  • 70 g bacon cubes
  • 200 g savoy cabbage, sliced
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Caraway
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the onions and bacon in a little oil until translucent. Add the savoy cabbage and fry gently for about 10 minutes. Season with the spices, add the broth, and simmer until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Finally, add the cream cheese and let it melt. Season again with the spices and serve.
