Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of savoy cabbage
- 1 head of pointed cabbage
- 150 ml Cremefine, 7%
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Finely chop the savoy cabbage and pointed cabbage, add them to boiling salted water, and cook for about 12-15 minutes. Pour the savoy cabbage and pointed cabbage into a sieve. Add the Cremefine to the pot and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Then add the savoy cabbage and pointed cabbage again and stir.
