Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large head of savoy cabbage
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinch(s) salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Loosen the savoy cabbage leaves and remove the stalks. Wash the leaves thoroughly and dry them very well. Then add the oil and spices and mix everything well. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat), watching constantly, until the leaves are crispy.
