Savoy Cabbage Curry with Meatballs
The perfect savoy cabbage curry with meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 Pc. Walnut-Sized ginger
- 1 Pc. Red pepper
- 1 Pc. Yellow pepper
- 0,5 Pc. Medium-Sized savoy cabbage
- 250 g Freshly chopped half-half
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- Peel off the garlic, peel the ginger, dice both very finely. Clean and wash the peppers, cut in half, core and cut into thin (5 mm) strips. Clean and wash the savoy cabbage, cut into 3 cm wide strips.
- Knead the mince with salt, pepper and egg properly and shape into small balls.
- Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the meatballs in it until crispy, remove.
- Add the garlic, ginger, curry, savoy cabbage and paprika to the frying fat, mix and deglaze with cream until the savoy cabbage is slightly soft. Add meatballs and simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with rice.
