Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • 10 g salt
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • ½ head of savoy cabbage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 300 g Gouda, Emmental or mountain cheese, grated
  • Fat for frying and for the baking tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Mix the flour, dry yeast, and salt in a bowl. While stirring, add the lukewarm water and knead everything into a dough. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, slice the savoy cabbage and onion, season, and fry in the fat until crispy. Roll out the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet. Season the sour cream with salt and pepper and spread it over the dough. Mix the savoy cabbage and onion mixture with the feta cheese and spread it over the dough. Then sprinkle everything with the grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes on the middle rack.
