Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g flour
- 50 g almonds, ground
- 250 g cornstarch
- 100 g powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Knead all the dough ingredients together. Then let them rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Knead the dough again and then form it into small balls. Flatten them with a fork and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 10-15 minutes on the middle rack. Dust the cookies with powdered sugar while they’re still warm.
