- 1 Savoy
- 1 Onion
- 2 Clove of garlic
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Cream
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Chilli from the mill
- Nutmeg
- Clarified butter
- Clean the savoy cabbage and cut into strips. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. In a saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic in clarified butter.
- Now add the savoy cabbage and cook with it. Now season with salt, pepper from the mill and chilli. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes. Now stir in the cream and let it boil down. Season with nutmeg.
- Goes well with the beef meatballs and mashed potatoes.
