Savoy Cabbage – Leek – Coconut – Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 1 half Savoy cabbage
  • 1 half Leek stick
  • 1 tbsp Coconut fat "mild"
  • 1 tbsp Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Coconut butter

Instructions
 

  • Temper the leek in the hot coconut oil "mild".
  • Then add the cut savoy cabbage, season with salt & pepper and let it stew a little, this creates moisture which in turn can be used for steaming.
  • Cover the whole thing with a lid and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • To round it off, stir in a packet of coconut butter. round off with nutmeg if necessary.
  • A great-tasting side dish
