Ingredients
- 1 half Savoy cabbage
- 1 half Leek stick
- 1 tbsp Coconut fat "mild"
- 1 tbsp Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Coconut butter
Instructions
- Temper the leek in the hot coconut oil "mild".
- Then add the cut savoy cabbage, season with salt & pepper and let it stew a little, this creates moisture which in turn can be used for steaming.
- Cover the whole thing with a lid and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- To round it off, stir in a packet of coconut butter. round off with nutmeg if necessary.
