Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) toast bread, or regular bread
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • e.g. tomato(s), sliced
  • n. B. Onion(s), diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious quick dinner with hearty tomato slices

Whisk the eggs with salt and a little pepper, then coat the bread slices thoroughly on both sides. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and melt. Then fry the bread slices on both sides until crispy. Divide between two plates and spread with the cream cheese. Sprinkle the tomato slices with the chopped onions, season with salt and pepper, and serve with the egg roll.
