Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of bread (ancient grain)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • e.g. ketchup (alternatively butter or margarine)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of tomato spice mix
  • 1 dashes Maggi
  • 1 slice(s) cheese of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Take the slice of bread and spread the ketchup (or butter or margarine) on it. Place the slice of cheese on top and set the bread aside. Heat the oil in a pan. Then add the egg. Since you don’t want it to be fried, break the yolk and spread the egg in the pan until it is evenly distributed. Take the Maggi and drizzle it over the egg. Spread the Maggi so that it is evenly distributed over the egg. Now add the seasonings (pepper and tomato seasoning). Next, add the egg to the prepared slice of bread.
