  • 150 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 100 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 3 tbsp mixed herbs (frozen 8-herbs)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the boiled potatoes, quarter them, and place them in a baking dish. Gently warm the processed cheese and mix with the cream cheese and herbs. Add the vegetable stock and stir everything together. Season with pepper and garlic. Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. A raw vegetable salad goes well with this. For a very low-calorie dish, use reduced-fat cream cheese and processed cheese.
