Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 onion(s), red or spring onion
  • 2 tbsp linseed oil
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

with jacket potatoes

Peel and finely chop the onion, sprinkle with salt, and let it marinate for a while. Cut the chives into small rings and finely chop the dill. Mix the quark with the spices and linseed oil. Stir in the chopped onion and herbs and let it marinate for about 1 hour. Serve with boiled potatoes.
