Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g rice
  • 200 g shrimp(s) or scampi, ready to cook
  • Salt
  • cardamom
  • turmeric
  • Ginger powder
  • chili powder
  • 1 tomato(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, sear the shrimp and season with salt, cardamom, turmeric, ginger, and chili. Then dice the tomato, add it, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Mix the rice and shrimp together and serve.
