  • 300 g Pork schnitzel
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 size Kohlrabi, or 3 small ones
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 0,25 liter Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Herbal cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Fresh cress
  1. Meat, wash, pat dry and cut into strips. Mix with salt, pepper and the soy sauce and set aside. Clean the kohlrabi, taking care not to throw away the fine, young leaves. Cut the tubers into fine strips.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the meat all over. Then take it out. Now add the remaining oil and sear the kohlrabi sticks, stirring constantly. Deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix in the meat again and bind with the cream cheese.
  3. Now serve the whole thing with fresh boiled potatoes. Sprinkle with cress and the chopped kohlrabi leaves.
