Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork schnitzel
- salt and pepper
- 250 g small mushrooms (canned or fresh)
- 8 peach halves (canned without sugar)
- 1 pack of sauce (cream sauce), low-fat
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 480 g pasta, cooked (approx. 160 g dry)

Halve the schnitzels, season with salt and pepper, and place in a baking dish. Drain the mushrooms and peach halves and top the schnitzels with them. Prepare the cream sauce according to the package instructions, refine with the sour cream, season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, and pour over the schnitzels. Bake the casserole in the oven at 200°C (175°C fan oven) on the middle rack for about 40 minutes. Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Serve the schnitzel casserole with noodles. Serve with a mixed salad (charge extra!). WW – 6.5p per person.
