Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels or pork schnitzels
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- e.g. glass noodles
- e.g. oil, possibly also butter
- salt and pepper

Pat the schnitzel dry with kitchen paper and pound it a little thinner if necessary. Then season with salt and pepper, coat both sides in flour, beaten eggs, and lightly broken glass noodles. Meanwhile, heat the oil and butter, if desired, in a pan. Fry the schnitzel until golden brown on both sides. It’s difficult to give an exact time here, as it depends primarily on the thickness of the schnitzel. Serve with rice, fries, or vegetables.
