Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) pork neck, alternatively turkey or chicken breast
  • 1 jar of lecho
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth, granulated
  • 1 tsp, leveled sauce thickener OR:
  • Potato starch, for binding

Grill, fry, or bake the sirloin steaks, however you like! Turkey steak or chicken breast would be suitable alternatives for WW! Lecho sauce: Fry 1 diced onion in oil until translucent, add the crushed or chopped garlic clove, and stir in the letcho from the jar! Bring to a boil briefly and season to your liking! Thicken slightly and pour over the grilled or fried steaks! Serve with fries, wedges, or toasted baguette! For WW, you must calculate the meat, oil, and potato starch! Without meat, add 1 P per person!
