Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 veal escalopes
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp fat
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pound the schnitzels and season lightly with salt and pepper. Then coat them first in beaten egg, then in a mixture of grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides. Reduce the heat after frying to prevent the breading from burning. Serve with green pasta and salad.
