Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 200 g cream
- 60 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 250 g berries (frozen – wild berries)
- 1 pack of chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp sugar
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Beat the Philadelphia cheese, cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixer for about 5 minutes. Add the low-fat quark and mix. About 1 hour before serving, add the frozen wild berries to the cream. Toast the almonds with sugar in a little butter and pour over the wild berries. You can also add a little mascarpone to the cream.
