Schnitzel with Accessories
The perfect schnitzel with accessories recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The schnitzel
- 2 piece Pork schnitzel fresh
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 3 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 3 tablespoon Butter
The asparagus
- 500 g Asparagus white fresh
- Everyone knows the rest well enough,
- 2Ter Versuch in meinem Dampfgarer 🙂
- 10 piece Small potatoes
- 1 packet Hollandaise Sauce Tetra Pack
- 0,5 bunch Chopped dill
The meat
- Fine-tune the schnitzel for the appearance; wash, dry, powder, rub and trowel. Gently fry in the oil / butter mixture in a non-stick pan and always pour the fat in the pan over it.
The asparagus
- 2th attempt in the steamer. Otherwise as always; undress and take a well-tempered 20-minute bath.
The potatoes
- 3 … . there is nothing new here either; an extra nice peeling with a knife and in the steamer or in the pot with it.
The sauce
- Tetra Pack on, heat up, fold in the dill, done.
