Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 300 g white cabbage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Caraway, ground
  • n. B. garlic
  • n. B. herbs, fresh
  • 1 handful of Gouda, grated
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 6 slices of bread

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Quick and easy

Peel the onion and dice it. Then cut the white cabbage either into strips or cubes. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Then add the onion to the pan and fry briefly. Next, add the chopped white cabbage to the pan and fry. Then place a lid on the pan. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn’t burn. Transfer everything to a bowl and let it cool. Once the mixture has cooled, add the cream cheese, egg yolk, and cheese, and season to taste. If you like, you can also add herbs or garlic. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Spread the mixture on the bread and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. This mixture is enough for 6-8 slices of bread.
