Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg turkey breast
  • Fat, for frying
  • 1 kg potato noodles
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 packs of cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp, heaped chicken broth, (instant)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Spread the dumplings in a baking dish. Finely chop the turkey and fry briefly. Remove the meat and spread it on top of the dumplings. Clean or peel and finely chop the mushrooms, onions, and garlic, and fry them as well. Add the cream, chicken stock, and crème fraîche. Simmer briefly, then season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce into the baking dish and mix with the dumplings and meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes (depending on your preference and degree of browning).
