Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 100 g bacon cubes
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ liter broth
  • 1 stalk(s) celery
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 500 g pasta, e.g. penne rigate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Sauté onion in olive oil until softened, add garlic. Add ground beef and bacon and fry until crumbly. Then add chopped celery, corn, and tomato paste and sauté. Add broth and reduce.
