Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g potato noodles
- 2 carrots
- 2 parsnips
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 150 g
- some walnuts, chopped
- n. B. spice(s)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the carrots, parsnips, and onion, and fry them in a pan with oil for about 10-15 minutes. Then add the potato dumplings and fry lightly until golden brown. Then add the walnuts and crème fraîche, and finally season the dish to taste.
