Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g kefir
- 75 ml oil
- 700 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes
Combine all ingredients, knead into a smooth dough, and roll out to about 1 cm thick. Cut into squares using a rolling pin or butter knife. Bake the squares on a baking sheet at 180°C fan-assisted oven for about 12 minutes on the lowest rack. Enjoy! Note: I baked them like this once and loved them. My parents thought they were too soft. If you like them a bit firmer, you can add 3 more eggs and a bit more flour.
