Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 250 g potato noodles
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 75 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

optionally with cheese, onions and/or peppers

Fry the potato dumplings in a pan. Prepare the ground beef and fry it in a pan. Optionally, mix the cheese into the ground beef beforehand. Once the beef is cooked through, add the cream and tomato paste. Season to taste. After seasoning, mix all ingredients together. Of course, you can also add onions and bell peppers for an extra twist.
