Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, beef, pork or mixed
  • 2 g cans of tomato paste
  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • oil
  • Salt
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • possibly Maggi
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fry it with the meat in oil. Clean and finely chop the leek and add it with the tomato paste. Add the pasta, fill with water so that the pasta is just covered, and season with salt. Cook the pasta until tender. Season to taste, e.g., with Maggi.
