Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta or potatoes
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- Oil for frying
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 500 g leek
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream (approx. 180 g)
- e.g. tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Cook the pasta or potatoes in chunks as usual. Dice the onion, finely chop the garlic, and slice the leek. Brown the minced meat well in the oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Add the leek and stock and cook for 10 minutes. Add the crème fraîche, stir well, and add tomato paste, if desired. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, stir in the pasta or potatoes.
