Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 1 bunch of chives
- 40 g bacon
- some butter
- 1 wholemeal roll
- salt and pepper
- curry
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for a little hunger between meals
Wash and finely chop the chives. Crack the eggs into a cup or bowl and whisk them with the chives. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Heat butter in a pan and fry the bacon. When the bacon is crispy, add the beaten eggs. Stir-fry until cooked to your desired consistency. Place the scrambled eggs on a sliced bread roll and season to taste. Your snack is ready. Enjoy!
