Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized eggs
  • 50 g poultry sausage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper
  • 10 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quarantine leftovers utilization

Carefully crack open the eggs, scramble them, and season with salt and pepper. Cut the sausage into small cubes and add to the seasoned egg. Mix everything together, but don’t beat it, as this could cause the egg to lose its ability to raise. Heat a pan with butter and add the egg mixture. Let it set over low heat, stirring occasionally. Do not stir; this will make the scrambled eggs fluffier. Plate and serve.
