Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g tuna
- 2 eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tomato(s)
- 20 g sunflower oil
- salt and pepper

very quick and easy preparation
Dice the onion and tomato. Beat the eggs and egg whites in a bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Briefly fry the onion in oil in a pan. Add the tuna (without any juice) and tomato and fry briefly. Add the egg mixture. Stir everything together in the pan until the egg mixture is completely set. The scrambled eggs can be eaten with any side dish.
