Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g tofu, natural
- 5 tomatoes, dried, pickled
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 1 tsp Kala Namak
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- vegetable oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
vegan, cooking time is about 10 minutes
Dry the tofu with a kitchen towel and crumble it with a fork. Drain the tomatoes and chop them finely. Slice the spring onion. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry the tofu until crispy all over. Mix in the kala namak and turmeric powder. Add the spring onions and tomato pieces and fry for 3 minutes. Deglaze everything with the soy sauce and serve immediately.
