Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 1.2 liters of fish broth
  • 100 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 200 g cod fillet(s)
  • 100 g mussels
  • 150 ml sweet cream
  • a few sprigs of dill
  • some parsley
  • 100 g shrimp(s)
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the onions, leeks, carrots, and potatoes in the butter for about 5 minutes, until softened. Add the flour and sauté over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in the white wine and stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Now add the fish, mussels, and shrimp and simmer for another 10 minutes. Then add the cream and season with dill and parsley.
