Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag(s) of seafood, frozen
  • 3 large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 large onion(s), red
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 1 pot of basil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of tomatoes (dried), not pickled
  • 1 jar white wine, dry
  • 250g pasta
  • 1 piece(s) butter, small, chilled
  • Salt and pepper, (lemon) pepper,
  • Lemon pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thaw the seafood slowly and then rinse thoroughly with water in a sieve. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente. Heat the oil in a large pan, sauté the sliced onion, add the chopped tomatoes and simmer gently for a few minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes (or, as I do, shred them in an electric mixer). Now add the white wine, wait a moment until everything is nicely combined, then add the seafood to the pan, mix well and now add the tomato, parsley and garlic mixture. Finally, add the pasta to the pan and the butter, toss everything well and serve with the coarsely chopped basil.
