Minced meat is so versatile

Minced meat can be processed completely naturally or intensively seasoned. But what can you do with minced meat?

  • Meatballs, burgers, or cevapcici are nice minced meat variants that are easy to prepare and don’t require much effort. Königsberger Klopse is also traditionally prepared with minced meat.
  • Bolognese, lasagne, fake rabbit, stuffed peppers, or bifteki are among the standard minced meat dishes. By the way, one of the cheapest minced meat dishes is cabbage and minced meat pan or cabbage rolls.

These types of pepper go well with ground beef

The right pepper makes a big difference in the spice mixture. We will tell you which type of pepper goes with which minced meat.

  • Green pepper can be served with lamb and ground beef. It has slight spiciness and gives a slight freshness to your ground beef.
  • White pepper is often used for ground poultry and is hotter than black pepper. Black pepper is less hot, but more spicy and aromatic and should be used with dark minced meat.
  • The pepper tree fruits, also called pink berries, can also be ideally processed in your hack. They are slightly spicy, which is why these go well with mixed minced meat.
  • If you mix all the types of pepper mentioned, you get colorful peppers. Since this combines all the flavor characteristics of the different varieties, it goes very well with minced pork.
