Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 200 g raspberries, frozen
- 200 ml apple juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- n. B. Honey
- 2 tbsp banana chips, chopped
- Brittle, desiccated coconut, sunflower seeds, linseed or similar.
- 1 handful of raspberries, fresh
- e.g. natural yogurt or sour cream, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Super refreshing like sorbet
Puree the bananas, frozen raspberries, apple juice, and lemon juice in a blender. Sweeten to taste, if desired. Divide between two bowls and garnish with banana chips, fresh raspberries, or other toppings. A dollop of yogurt or sour cream also tastes great. Super refreshing in summer – like a healthy portion of fruit ice cream!
