Semolina & Blueberries
The perfect semolina & blueberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Garnish :
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Pc. Lemon wedge
- 125 g Semolina
- 4 tablespoon Sugar
- 20 g Butter
- 1 Pc. Egg yolk
- 300 g Frozen blueberries
- Or
- 1 Pc. Blueberries in a glass
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- Defrost the blueberries in the morning.
- Bring the milk, salt & lemon peel to a boil.
- Sprinkle in the semolina while stirring & allow to swell for 4-5 minutes over a mild heat.
- Add sugar, butter and egg yolk as desired.
Read carefully :
- Drain the blueberries from the glass into a bowl. Or heat the thawed ones with sugar a little (blueberries from the forest, have to be heated because of the fox tapeworm.) But let them cool down again.
- Arrange the portions on the plates & give the blueberries separately or spread them on the porridge.
