Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 40 g margarine
  • 60 g semolina
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 600 ml water
  • 2 cubes of stock
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 15 minutes

In a mixing bowl, cream the margarine until fluffy. Add the semolina, egg, salt, and nutmeg, and continue creaming until fluffy. Let stand for a while. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add the stock cubes. Using 2 teaspoons, form dumplings and place them in the stock. Let stand for 20 minutes.
